Alice is the GSFA Operation Manager and she has 14 years fishing exprience. She's expert of trolling, spinning, and fly fishing.

Her passion for fishing began 14 years ago, all thanks to her husband, Carlo. He patiently taught her various techniques, including trolling, spinning, and fly fishing. Their family vacations were always packed with fishing rods, as it had become an integral part of their shared experiences. Eventually, she decided to fully immerse herself in the family fishing trips to enjoy quality time with her loved ones. Being fond of outdoor activities, fishing proved to be the perfect combination of fresh air and adrenaline for her
Professional Years
Taking on an active role, she personally oversaw the construction of Grand Slam Mexico, a remarkable fishing lodge. For the past 13 years, she has been in charge of its administration and operations.
In Canada, she took it upon herself to decorate the lodge and organize all its operations.
Besides fishing in Punta Allen, she also dedicates her efforts to organizing the Punta Allen Permit Tournament. Through this event, they raise funds for a foundation that supports the children of the community. With those funds, they have contributed to various projects, such as building teacher housing, creating a playground in the city park, providing a titanium wheelchair for a young child in the town, and acquiring a Braille machine for Estrellita.
Tournaments
Over the last four years, she has spent an increasing amount of time in the ocean, engaging in trolling and fishing for billfish.
Alice has participated in international tournaments, achieving notable successes.
In the 2022 “Pura Vida” tournament in Quepos, Costa Rica, she secured the first-place position for Blue Marlin.
In 2023, she emerged victorious in the women’s virtual fishing challenge, and in the White Marlin Tournament in Cap Cana, Dominican Republic, she proudly earned the second-place position.
