VALIDITY PERIOD
Offer is valid for Staying Period from 01.12.25 to 31.01.26. Price of double occupancy is per person and valid for double occupancy.
RESERVATIONS
Grand Slam Ascension Bay Mexico Lodge works on a request and availability basis. A reservation is not confirmed unless a confirmation notice has been issued by our reservations department. *All reservations must be made through Grand Slam Ascension NBay Mexico Lodge, please find the contact information below.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation in a booking can be made 60 days before the arrival date, with a charge of 10% of the payment received. If the cancellation is made 30 day before the arrival date, a 50% charge of the total payment will be charged. If the cancellation is made under 30 days fo the arrival date, a 100% charge will be done.
NO SHOW
Cancellation policy will apply accordingly. In case of a no show, a 100% charge of total payment will be charged.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Price per angler A 30% deposit is requiered within 10 days of booking to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival at the lodge. Payment must be made to GSFL in US dollars and must indicate: Client name, Lodge’s confirmation number, arrival date, departure date, number of guests, and the Travel Agent’s name making the booking.
LATE ARRIVALS
If guests do not arrive on the confirmed arrival date, guest will need to inform the hotel of their new arrival date and will be entitled to the remaining nights in the reservation. Additional nights will be considered as a new booking, standard rates and conditions apply.
CONTRACTED RATES
Travel Agency/Tour Operator/Online Tour Operator cannot sell, promote, or advertise prices below the contracted rack rates stated in this agreement. Failure to do so, allows GSFLl the entitlement to terminate this agreement at any time.
